Here is my answer: Regina Spektor is the girl you know who is really beautiful and cool and talented and smart, but will never be able to be close with because you aren't as beautiful, cool, talented or smart. Everyone loves her and you do too but she is only a reminder of how lame and dorky you are.
She looks like Fiona Apple. But not as skinny. And annoying.

Wow, I never realized she looked like Fiona til you said that! Huge fiona fan too... and yes, she can be annoying :) I listened to about twenty Regina songs last night while dancing out frustrations. She is so awesome. What's you fav track?
Likewise, I never realize her resemblance to fiona. It's particularly noticeable in that photo. Weird . . .
Anyway, I love Regina. Glad to see other people do as well.
